JD :-

Need Experienced SQL Server DBA (Hardcore SQL DBA)

•Enforce, refine and document database standards

•Work with technical/development leads to develop/ review database designs

•Assess and identify database server resource requirements

•Develop and maintain data models

•Demonstrate advanced understanding of multiple database platforms

•Code, test and deploy database changes

•Lead efforts to develop and improve procedures for automated monitoring and proactive intervention to prevent customer impact

•Review performance stats and recommend changes for tuning database and application queries

•Assist developers in the development and tuning of database queries, stored procedures, indexes, etc.

•Participate in periodic backup audits, including test restores ensuring all databases and associated logs are being backed-up

•Lead requirements assessments for backup and recovery

•Assume ownership of database-related problems; pursue problem resolution and root cause analysis

Oracle DBA

Phoenix, AZ

Long Term Contract

JD : - 

•            Maintain & Monitor production systems to prevent unplanned downtime and coordinate outages to perform planned maintenance.

•            Manage and maintain Enterprise data warehouses (EDW)

•            Manage data movement tools and technologies such as Golden Gate.

•            Manage and maintain Oracle infrastructure including RAC cluster environments and EXADATA machines

•            Manage Oracle database using DataGuard

•            Perform database administration tasks such as install, secure, patch, upgrade, troubleshoot, and configuration management of Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c databases in standalone installation or clustered environment using Oracle's Real Application Clusters or other clustering/failover mechanisms

•            Operation, maintenance of software/network configurations of Unix, Linux and Solaris operating systems as they relate to the operation of the aforementioned Oracle products.

•            Work closely with other IT team members, including system administrators and database administrators.

•            Will have primary responsibility for supporting customer and internal databases and participate in on-call rotation to ensure business continuity.

•            Setup, test, implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.

•            Assist with customer deployments including understanding application capabilities and functionality as they relate to the underlying RDBMS.

Requirements

•            12 plus years of solid Oracle Database Administration experience as an Enterprise level Infrastructure DBA in Linux & Java/J2EE platform.

•            Extensive hands on experience in installation, patching, upgrading, configuration, management and trouble-shooting Oracle Databases with Real Application Clusters on Unix, Red hat Linux and Sun Solaris systems

•            Extensive experience in Data Guard

•            Extensive experience in managing Enterprise level data warehousing (EDW) solutions and technologies in a High availability environment.

•            Extensive experience in Oracle RAC environments and clusters. Solid Experience in Oracle 11g, 12c, RAC and Data Guard

•            Excellent knowledge of Linux O/S

•            Excellent knowledge and some experience in Oracle EXADATA machine.

Job Description:

SAP PP-PI CORE Module :- Must have minimum 10 years of  SAP  experience preferably in Pharma industry  with at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects or  Production support experience in Pharma Industry.

 

Should have Strong Expertise in configuration and customization of :-

·         Process order management, execution, Material staging with WM-PP interface, scheduling & confirmation etc. Shop floor printing, batch records printing, Label printing etc.

·         Should have expertise in designing of PI sheets & X steps.

·         Should have  Very good hands on experience and understanding in regard to the Business Requirements related to Pharma Industry.

·         Should have expertise in batch management and serialized products related to the Pharma industry.

·         Should be familiar with Intercompany Processes involving STO & Handling Unit Management.

·         Design & trouble shooting of MES Interface & other third party manufacturing Interfaces

·         Approval and archival of Electronic Batch Records

·         Knowledge of User exits , IDocs monitoring & trouble shooting.

·         Experience in global roll outs preferably with International based plants with multiple currencies.

·         Must have experience in Testing & documentation including writing enhancement Functional specification

·         ABAP Debugging knowledge is desirable but not essential.

·         Should be capable of stepping in to a Lead  role depending on the size and scope of  large client engagements within international work environment.

·         Expected to Work closely with IT/Business handling the requirements.

·         Analyze processes make recommendations for changes to support improvements and translate them into SAP solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

·         Identify and recommend alternative methods and technologies to meet business needs Collaborate with ABAP developers to debug SAP system issues in the Production area and deliver custom development enhancements.

·         Coordination with offshore team to achieve the desired results

·         Demonstrate strategic planning and leadership capabilities by engaging actively with business partners
